At Velaora Jewels, we take pride in delivering your precious pieces with love, care, and reliability. All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email containing your tracking ID to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Areas: 5–8 business days
- Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days
For International Orders, delivery time may vary between 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs process. Any import duties or taxes will be borne by the customer.
Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping across India on prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a small delivery fee of ₹50 applies.
- COD Orders may include a nominal service charge.
Undelivered or Returned Packages
If our delivery partner cannot deliver your parcel after multiple attempts, or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we’ll contact you to confirm reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Change of Address or Cancellation
- Address changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing an order.
- Once shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
Packaging Standards
Each order is packed in a premium jewelry box to keep your items safe, scratch-free, and elegant — perfect for gifting too. Every product passes through strict quality checks before dispatch.

- Processing Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 8 PM
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
